- Set a timer for 15 minutes.
- Look it over. make revisions and send it off or post it on social for feedback.
- We are working with the concept of ·good enough· and inviting you to experience that you won’t die if you send off something that’s less than perfect. You can always revise later, and revising based on feedback is better than revising based on the thoughts or loops in your mind.
PRO-TIP: It may feel super uncomfortable for you to take this action step. I get it! You’re stepping out of your comfort zone and doing something different. After graduating in the top 10% of her law class at the University of Notre Dame Law School and serving as an attorney in Washington. D.C. and Boulder,
Colorado in the media and information technology department of boutique law firms.
Kenlyn left the corporate world to dive into her spiritual initiation. Her journey took her to India twice: once on a spiritual pilgrimage which included a private audience with His Holiness the Dalai Lama and the second time to become a yoga teacher.
Her experiences taught her to embrace a higher law and seek a higher truth. She has served on the board of an international agency working in Nepal to fight child sex trafficking and was the first person lo launch an anti-trafficking program in Denver, Colorado serving homeless youth.
She is the author of The Art of Turning 50: A Woman’s Guide to a Radiant and Authentic Life and maintains an online presence as the founder and curator
of the Divine Feminine Summit while leading the Divine Feminine Inner Circle and Divine Feminine Business Mastery programs dedicated to empowering
the voice and the finances of the rising feminine.
You can find her teaching her version of Kundalini RISING Yoga on Sunday mornings in a global gathering that includes a dharma talk, movement series.
